Hi,
I’ve been having regular issues with global protect and failing with our virgin media internet. I’ve tried resetting the routing multiple times and it seems fine when I hotspot from my phone. Any ideas?

I've not had issues with VPNs over the VM network.
I always connect office laptops direct to the Hub using a network cable.

See if disabling Web Safe makes a difference; to disable:
