Im using my work MacBook with Global Protect 5.05 and I continually have performance issues with Video Call apps such as Google Meet and MS Teams. Calls have latency problems and my video and audio streams often have significant delay to the point of being unusable.
Super Hub 3 has standard settings
Global Protect is up to date and fully maintained by company IT
VM BB package is 350 and has been recently tested (mulitple times) and is stable.
All non GP devices (kids phones, other non work laptops, etc) handle Meet & Teams without issue
Video calls over Global Protect via my tethered work phone (ee) are absolutely fine.
I'm stumped. Anyone experiencing similar?
Other advice has been to switch off SH3 firewall (yea, right) and to try modem mode (not convinced)
