Gig1 very slow speeds

Hello,

At home (london) we currently have the hub 4 and the gig1 package, currently we're experiencing very odd and slow speeds. There are no connectivity drops, we have coverage throughout the house. But it is extremely slow, even when near the hub itself, it varies from 1 mbps to 30 to 100 (very rarely). I haven't tried ethernet, but I can't imagine it will be much higher. We didn't experience this with the previous package, and when I run the network diagnostics it does tell me that the issue is just the broadband, but none of the suggestions it gives helps. Has anyone had any similar issues and found a solution?

Thank you all in advance, have a nice day.
