I have been experiencing hub4 drop connections and self reboot problem for the last few days. Not sure if they are working on something in my area (manchester, M33)? any ideas?
You can find out about local service issues by calling the automated service status line on 0800 561 0061 - this line provides information about service issues down to a postcode level - if it tells you that there are no issues affecting your area then you can safely assume that you will need to contact the service desk to see if they can help.. or you can try the below to see if we can help narrow down where the issue is..
can you set up a BQM - once set up, find the Live Graph and click "Create Sharing Link" - post that back here.
Next, browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click Router Status - copy/paste the tables from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs back to this thread - you'll need multiple posts for this, the info wont all fit into a single one..
