Gig1 dropping packets (again)

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/e2151678ac15a315f062794507e77e130f...

There is my graph. This is causing huge issues for me as I can't properly attend meetings. We were told issues were fixed from last time, app shows nothing. Honestly this really isn't acceptable for me, the service being provided by Virgin is far too unreliable.

Re: Gig1 dropping packets (again)

The upstream levels are too high and out of spec.

You'll need an engineer to rectify unless there's an area issue

Re: Gig1 dropping packets (again)

Sorry for posting separately but I can't seem to figure out how to organise an engineer visit. Could you direct me to the correct way to do this? Thanks.

You'll either need to call in, use the SMS service or wait 5-10 days for a forum rep to reply here

Re: Gig1 dropping packets (again)

Sorry but that was just another complete waste of time. I was on hold/call for 1.5 hours only to be told that there is no fault and I can't get an engineer visit.

This company really needs to sort itself out.

Re: Gig1 dropping packets (again)

Hi did you get to the bottom to this?

I'm having a similar nightmare with my Giga broadband too...the volume of dropped packets is shocking.

I can't have a video call anymore!

I have a trace thing on the line but there's no number to call to actually ask someone to fix? The website is just circular and continues to log me out between screens?
