Gig1 Fibre Hub 5 Post RS Errors

Recently upgraded from a m250 broadband with a hub 3 to gig1 fibre and hub 5 after having some latency issues when gaming, overall the latency has improved but am still having the odd spike causing connection interrupts and disconnects. After monitoring my connection for the past 24hours i'm seeing a lot of downstream pre/post RS errors, could this be the culprit? and how do i go about fixing it if so. Thanks

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your connection since upgrading the Hub and speeds. I've checked our system and can see that there are some power levels that are out of specification. This isn't something that can be fixed remotely.

However, I'll be happy to arrange an engineer for you so they can resolve this for you. I'll send you a PM to confirm your details so this can be arranged.
