Getting messages "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" and internet and wifi dropouts

Hi, I'm a new VM customer for FTTP M200. (since Dec 27)
Since the install we've seen an unstable connection - seeing a number of the above messages in the logs.
It usually shows up as our streaming devices losing their connection (Wifi Firesticks and an etherernet Virgin TV box) or video conferences freezing (Zoom/MST/Webex) This happens around once per day, usually when my wife is on a call or trying to watch something on Netflix. (She reckons it hates her)
In comparison with our previous BT FTTC connection, which was rock solid, this is very frustrating. Wifi is also not nearly as good as the BT Halo hub (no discs used) and I have had to add a booster to improve coverage (waiting to see the results on this)
