Getting lots of drops and general poor experience

Hi, for the last week Ive noticed a lot of drop outs and inconsistency in my connection. BQM showing a lot more red than normal. First check on service checker says everything alright but then when I test the hub it says problem in my area. No info on when it will be fixed, just check back........ Can see my router keeps showing "US profile assignment change", like 18n times in the last hour? Can someone please tell me when this will be fixed?

How does the service look since the above post?
On our end it seems that outages have cleared and with a hub reboot you should be back online, let us know if you see any improvements.
