Getting a tremendous amount of packet loss

Hello,

I wonder if somebody could please take a look into my connection problems, every couple of days, sometimes every day I am getting problems with packet loss and very high ping (3000ms !), I  have decided to move to a 1Gbps connection and that doesn't help at all, now I am thinking what I can do as the connection is not suitable to work I am doing.

Hi Belfast_K, thanks for the message. I have looked at the system and everything looks okay, can you confirm if this is the case? - Chris. 

It definitely looks better in the last couple of days. Hopefully, it will stay like that.
