I've had constant issues with the hub5 so i changed to the hub 4,even the technician visit I had yesterday said the hub 5 was rushed out to quick,when I set the hub4 up I ran the diagnostic tool in the hub ui setting and it said I had network issues,does my power levels seem OK,any issues stand out

I have ran a check on our side and from what I can see it is showing everything is within spec.
How is the service today?

As per Martin the stats look good to me. I see that you are in modem mode using an Asus (?) router. Consider disabling QOS on that and ensuring its firmware is current.
