On our wavelength

I've had constant issues with  the hub5 so i changed to the hub 4,even the technician visit I had yesterday said the hub 5  was rushed out to quick, when I set the hub4 up I ran the diagnostic tool in the hub ui setting and it said I had network issues, does my power levels seem OK,any issues stand out IMG_0093.pngIMG_0092.pngIMG_0091.pngIMG_0090.pngIMG_0089.pngIMG_0088.pngIMG_0087.pngIMG_0084.png

Hi hash70,

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your broadband service.

I have ran a check on our side and from what I can see it is showing everything is within spec.

How is the service today?

As per Martin the stats look good to me. I see that you are in modem mode using an Asus (?) router. Consider disabling QOS on that and ensuring its firmware is current.
