Gateway timeout

Had the problem in the title for a while now, tried all of the usual things. Re-booting router & re-setting through the pinhole, nothing makes any difference. Installed V6 TV box the other day (I have checked & double checked all of the connections) the internet connection gets worse when the TV box is on. I have attached screenshots of the network log which to me shows something is wrong. Anyone help with this? Or do I need an engineer to sort this?

Please do pop us back a reply there if you still need assistance. We do politely request that you do not multiple post as it can cause confusion and duplication.
