Full WiFi no Internet - virgin please respond

Like lots of other people who have the same problem so please can you check the hub 3

For weeks had issues with Internet. Phones and ipads and TV in particular. Shows full signal and app shows connected / good connection but it wont allow Internet access. Sometimes connects and ok then won't work at all. Tried resets and everything suggested. Always the same

Very intermittent. Please help.

Do wired connections also stop working?

OK.

What model of hub do you have?

Do the lights change on the hub when the connection drops?

It is a hub 3

The light doesn't change. It still remains on white.

Have you done a 60 second pinhole reset?

Done the reset and thought it was ok but no. Back to keep having no internet but full wifi

You really need to test with a wired connection.

I am still having a problem with intermittent WiFi everyday and so many times. It is affecting the children's zooms as loosing connection. Reset router, tried hard wire, done everything recommended. How do we get an engineer?
