Frustrating intermittent network connection drops out

Hello,

Working from home and the Remote Desktop keeps failing because of frequent network connection failure. Initially on WIFI I've tried restarting the hub and then reset and plugging directly into ethernet. Still getting network drop out. Equally frustrating all the Self Help tests only mention speed as a problem not intermittedent issues so I can't report it there. All self tests passed when on ethernet though speedtest.net went down to 3gps when it timeout halfway through test.

Running 1000 pings from home to virginmedia.com I got 13% lost packets.

Network log from hub shows lots of these:

29/06/2020 13:34:24 critical SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

And this morning a few of these:

29/06/2020 08:40:40 critical Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Near Nottingham, NG11.

Anyone got a solution? Thanks in advance.

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hub admin pages
