Frequent packet loss

merlinbrent
On our wavelength

Hi,

Over the last few months I've noticed frequent packet loss - causing me to get disconnected from my works Remote Desktop Server. I've got some constant pings going to the likes of 8.8.8.8 and bbc.co.uk - and I'd say on average every 20 or so pings, a packet or a couple of packets are lost. Sometimes it is a lot of packets that are lost, maybe 10-20.

I also have a constant ping open to several network devices inside my home - and those do not lose packets - so it would appear that the packet loss only occurs when going external.

Please could someone with more knowledge than I take a look at the levels below and see if anything is obvious?
