Can anyone help me with the problem I've been having? I posted a month ago to the same forum, I had a reply asking for Downstream and Upstream levels, which I provided, but never heard anything since.
I did speak to someone at Virgin who told me it was maintenance, fixed on 19 January. It seemed fine from then until about 2-3 days ago, when I noticed the same problem. The problem is packet loss, causing very slow intermittent internet (on BOTH wired and wireless) at random times throughout the day. This broadband monitor shows it: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/51e757840c2bc69a93c39b17610b20eb48.... The packet loss usually occurs around lunchtime and evening.
Can anyone please help me with this? I need a permanent fix, not one that lasts a week.
