Frequent disconnections - all wired ethernet.

Hello. Installed at start of Dec 2019 on M200, and had no problems until the big outage in May. Since then I'm frequently getting loss of internet, but the light on the front of the Hub 3.0 does not change. I am using the Hub in modem mode, and have my own router connected. I usually notice the outage because my work laptop VPN drops, and web pages on my phone or tablet show "cannot find" and the domain of the site.

This happened again just now, so here are the stats from the Hub if someone can tell me if they are good or bad? Thanks!

Got disconnected trying to post this. Update from this morning, things are getting worse.

I have switched the Hub 3 to router mode as other posts advise.

Today are worse. Hub 3 in router mode, but internet not working. After a few minutes, the power light in white goes to green flashing and then green WiFi and green internet lights flashing. This does not seem to change.

There's not a lot to go on from the SNR and power levels, but the two network logs are appalling and show that the connection is unstable and dropping regularly.  That could be a noise or physical connection issue (even a faulty hub), or it might be a problem with VM equipment serving the area.  I've flagged the thread for VM staff to take a look and advise, but I can't say how quickly they'll be able to respond.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having issues with your broadband service.

 

I've looked at the stats of the hub and everything is within spec. The BQM graph, does however raise concerns. 

 

Can you please perform a pin hole reset on the hub to see if this can help clear up this issue for us?

I have this morning done a pin hole reset, and things have stayed connected for the last 1.5 hours, which is promising.

Hi all,

It is now Sunday 18:30 summer time. Friday night and all day Saturday was no problems.
However today, the sun is out, temperatures are higher, and I've started to get disconnected again.

The log from the Hub shows T3 and T4 time outs, and RCS Partial Service, a few times this afternoon.
No lights changing on the front of the Hub, just the white power light staying solidly lit.

Whilst writing this post, it went again, have updated log lines above, had to copy/paste to Notepad.
iPad reports "No internet connection" on the Hub WiFi and my desktop PC connected via ethernet cable to Port 1 on the Hub showed "link disconnected".
The hub rebooted itself, green light flashing, then eventually when white light appears, I get internet back.

Any ideas?
