Frequent Internet Dropouts and Disconnections

Hi all,

Over the last few weeks, i have been getting frequent drop outs at random times every day. They keep on disconnecting me from games and stops streaming of my family members. I have restarted the router (Hub 5 - Gig1) and tried it in both modem and router mode. The issues persist in both states. I currently have it in router mode with 2g and 5g off, hooked up with a velop mesh network. 

I have been reading other posts, and started a BQM and logged into the hub to get the relevant downstream and upstream data that has been requested. I should state though, that when it comes to the Network Log, it never loads for me. It just keeps on doing the spinning, loading animation, but never shows any data. If this changes, i will also post the network log data.

The disconnections happen with both wifi and ethernet. I have checked to make sure all cables are secure and connected properly.

Around the time these warnings show, i started having some packet loss. Is it something to do with high power?

Large amount of Pre & Post RS errors, but as these are accumulative since the hub was last power cycled could you please turn off the hub and then on after 1 minute. After 2 hours please post a new full set of stats and we can then see if this is the problem.

Also worth checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.

Hi, thank you for the response. Apologies for the slow response, I was away over the weekend. As of today though, i am still having issues.

Here is a new BQM, with some definite packet loss (the one around 6pm was me resetting router, the big one after, im not sure, the net just died..)

Here we go again... Can't stream, can hardly browse the net. Packet loss starting at around 8PM.. Seems community fibre is in my area soon. It's looking increadingly appealing.
