Frequent Disconnection from Network - Superhub 3

I am posting on my mum's behalf.

We have had an issue where all devices get disconnected from the internet, though they remain connected to the Virgin Media Superhub 3 router. This can occur for devices connected over wifi and devices connected via ethernet cable. This typically lasts for 30seconds to a minute, however it can last longer. Some days it may happen once, others it can happen several times - including several times an hour. As with most people, working from home means this is a real issue with video conferences and a live-stream show I produce.
