I called VM last December to ask for a free upgrade to a Super hub 3, after having issues with disconnections to my SH2, but was told I would be contacted soon about the upgrade.
Its been at least 7 months and no upgrade yet.
I've been a VM (and TeleWest) customer since 1993 and at nearly £100 /month it's not what you would call 'good customer service' (!).
I've tried the mobile app a few times to 'Get a Hub 3' but it strangely takes me to the help and support section. I've tried the 'turn off router and try again on 4G' solution some recommend, but still no luck.
Do I have to call again, only to be fobbed off again? Or is there another way?
