Forgot Hub 3 password

I have been trying to log into my Hub 3 in order to change the wireless secuity settings.

Unfortunately I have forgotten the password for logging in.

In addition, I have lost the sticker on the bottom of the hub, so I don't have the default settings password for the hub either.

Is there any solution to this, or do I need to get a new hub?

Carry out a factory reset on the Hub …

DO NOT DO THIS if the password on the base of the Hub is not legible or missing.

Disconnect all unneeded ethernet cables from the rear of the Hub.

With the Hub Powered on use a paperclip or similar (I use a mobile phone SIM Slot tool) and do a pinhole reset.

Depress the pinhole switch for a timed 60 seconds then release.

DO NOT reboot the hub but allow it 5 to 10 minutes for it to boot itself up.

Once a steady white and no other lights are illuminated check your system again.

VM may be able to provide it, however you MUST reset the HUB, as per Mike's instructions, for the password they provide to work.

How can virgin supply me with a new password?

They should have the existing password on record, hence the reason for resetting the HUB.
