Hi have been trying to sort wifi pods to replace VM booster cannot order online. Booster keep disconnecting from app so cannot test
impossible to get in touch via 150, two hours on hold transferred to the team dealing with this, no reply, message advised to use the text service.
Text service came back 72 hours later, 4 hours of back and forth to be told text service cannot deal with request for the new wifi pods because I have a VM booster despite the website saying they can be exchanged.
