Fluctuating download speeds, wired device.

Hi there

Having problems with router. Download speed fluctuating from 420Mb/s to 2Mb/s for wired devices. Rebooted and reset to factory defaults but no change. Also tried different cables but no change either. Any advice, please?

First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated service to see if there is a local service issue.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
Do share the results so we can see if this is a Hub or device issue.
