Fluctuating WIFI speeds

Hi, 

 

Just had Virgin Media installed yesterday. Everything went fine however, when the engineer left I got a yellow light on the router and my speeds are fluctuating. 

When it was installed a speed test confirmed I was getting 550mbps down and 40mbps up. Since then it has dropped considerably down to around 50. 

Any ideas?

I have tried rebooting, factory resetting the router, changing WIFI channels, isolating to 5ghz ect. I also have a gigabit capable Lan/WIFI card. Wired connection is also the same.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in, select the 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Create a BQM and post the live link.
