Woke up this morning to a flashing red light on Hub5.
Help pages suggest telephone fault (we haven't got a phone) and to check all cables are in.
Service status says no issues
Hub hasn't moved all night- tried a reset but still red.
Lost for what to do next. Any ideas?

Service checker still says no issues but the automated phone line says they're aware of an issue.. bit confusing...

Phone line is always more accurate.
