How long has it been?

A few people have had issues with activation recently, which required VM staff intervention.

You could try texting 07533051809 with your issue.

name dropping usually gets you nowhere - they get to the threads in order

a flashing green base light is usually no connection to the network - quickstart assumes all is good as the system knows VM has been there before - what it does not know is if anybody has cut a cable or the main cable has been disconnected in the cab and many other things - so they send out quickstart kits in hope

check all the coax connections internally and if you can see the external box check that - if after looking and making sure all is tight and you still have a green flashing light you need a tech

they can send activation signals all day long but if the cable does not work nothing will work

Re: Flashing green status light + Wi-fi stable green

Right, just had the engineer over and it seems the problem lied within the main cabinet across the road; it seems it was replaced with a new one and apparently my line was not connected and labelled! All good now, the eng. knew exactly what to look for and everything was tested post the router's triple download; download/upload speeds are good so yeah, happy camper here.
