Flashing green status light + Wi-fi stable green

Hi All,

Just received my unit about 2hs ago and trying to connect, have similar issues posted by a few with regards to flashing green status light; iti have already changed the WPS to disable within the router settings and rebooted but that hasn't worked for me; any ideas?! thanks.

Can you access your router on http://192.168.0.1 . Use the password on the base of the router, unless you've already changed it, and check the 'Internet' state on the main page.

It will either be 'Online' or 'Access Denied'

Don't believe so... haven't seen anything on the website/leaflet about actually activating anything...

That normally means that you haven't activated the HUB, or there is a problem with your account setup.

Activation number is 0800 953 9500

I missed a zero off initially!
