Flashing green power light and solid green Wi-Fi light

We’ve just moved into a new student flat, which was confirmed to us to be Virgin compatible as previous tenants have used Virgin here , however after the initial setup there is a green flashing power light and a solid green Wi-Fi light, but the Wi-Fi is available to connect to, but when the power light goes solid white there’s no internet access at all. What should we do?

A constantly flashing green base light means either there is no signal to the hub or insufficient signal to lock. Is the building internally wired for Virgin? What usually happens with flats is when an occupant moves out the building management company will disconnect the Virgin cable in the comms cupboard & restore the dish cables used by Sky/Freesat back to their original configuration in the flat.

You will need to arrange a tech visit & Virgin will then reconnect the cables to the flat again. Call the pre-install team on 0800 052 1734
