Everything was working ok (installed 2018) Router started flashing green. Have no internet, Virgin tv, house phone or Alexa.

Try checking for local issues on 0800 561 0061 and ensure that all cables are secure and unkinked and in good condition.

Sorry to hear of the recent drop you experienced in service on the connection recently.
Can you please advise me how the services have been performing since?
I've looked into the local area and there are no local issues currently showing.
If this is still ongoing, can you please advise me if this is restricted to Wi-Fi, or if it effects wired devices also?

All sorted (eventually) today Tuesday 14th June 2022. Roadworks close by had cut the cable to our property. The tarmac had to be dug up (hadn't put the final layer on) so the wire could be blown through to get re-connected. 🙂
