Flashing green arrows

Hi, this is driving me crazy as i’ve followed all advice, solutions and ideas i can find online but my hub 3.0 just keeps getting back to the following combo

- green power light - solid

- green wifi light - solid

- green arrows - FLASHING

I have rebooted, reset, checked connections, checked virgin (online) for issues in my area (=none) but i’m still in the same situation = NO WIFI.

Desperately trying to work from home - HELP PLEASE

Re: Flashing green arrows

Good Morning SammySlick,

Thanks for your post and I'm terribly sorry for the late response and to see that you've been having issues with the flashing lights on your hub.

Is this issue still on going or has this since been resolved?

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Good Morning Bowles88,

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to this this hasn't been picked up sooner.

I can see that not long after your post you managed to speak to our team who booked a technician for you. How did this go? Did this resolve the issue?

Drop a response if you still require assistance and we'll be happy to take a closer look

Kindest regards,

Technician managed to fix it, apparently I was removed from the main hub for some reason

Re: Flashing green arrows

Same issue as a lot of people seem to be having. Solid green light and green flashing arrows since last night, so no internet or Virgin TV services. Apparently no issues in my area (DE56). Unable to speak to an actual person when I called, but via automated service I booked an engineer- not coming until next Wed. Two of us WFH and a teenager needing to access education online. This is very frustrating and not acceptable.
