WiFi via Virgin hub 4 suddenly stopped working a couple of hours ago. Completely out of the blue as I haven’t touched the router etc.
It’s showing 2 flashing green arrows and the bottom light is solid green while the WiFi icon at the top is solid green.
I’ve checked for issues in my area, Virgin are reporting a good service. I’ve run all of the troubleshooting and checked the cables are intact.
Any help would be much appreciated? Might this be an issue at Virgin’s end or will I need to book an engineer (next available appointment isn’t till Tuesday)?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your Router stopped working which has meant you have had no connection, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can see a technician was arranged however was cancelled due to an area fault, how have things been since your last post?
