Faulty hub 3. No service.

Hi,

I'm certain that I have a dead hub 3. It is showing a red light but not overheating, and if I leave it to cool right down then repower it, it goes straight back to red light. It's been having issues recently and I believe it finally died. Connections tight, TV ok and I'm very experienced at fault finding this stuff.

How do I get a new hub?

Website is impossible to get any answer on and the call centres are closed.
