I have problems again with no connection on BB and TV. This has been repeatedly happening since last week and is an issue daily. Can we get more information on the problem, as this is causing significant issues being able to remote into work to do my job. I have had multiple calls to the technical desk and still not getting any explanation why this keeps going down daily.
