Hello, I cannot get any information from Virgin of what the fault in our area is and expected fix time. Does anyone on this forum have access to check? Online status checker says there is no problem. Internet has been down since Saturday 4th Feb 5pm?
Fix times are only ‘best guess’ and should not be relied on.
