Factory reset Hitron but Admin page does not load - Internet unavailable

  • I was advised by Virgin  business customer service to factory reset my Hitron router as I was unable to load the admin page 192.168.0.1..or 198.168.100.1

On doing the reset I have lost my entire internet connection  in addition to the admin page issue ..

I am told the Engineer will come only after 3 days ...

I will have severe loss of  business and I need some guidance to get the I trent running ..

Any guidance will be helpful..

What are the lights doing on the Hitron ?
