Hi,
I’m having constant issues with extreme levels of jitter, regularly in the 70s+.
I’m using the standard virgin router and we don’t game or stream more than a single device at a time, but we still struggle to stream 4k, primarily this is via wifi but sat literally 2 metres from the router. Happens on various devices from laptops to smart TV and smart phones.
I’ve tried resetting the hub but it makes no difference…
Can anyone please help? Seems I’m paying for a decent broadband package but can’t get any benefit from it and might as well be on dial up!
Thanks!

Not sure if the end of your post is missing? If its fine with a wire, then what?
Thanks for posting.

Use this test to see the difference between Jitter at the Hub and at the Device.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/
Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see stats for Jitter / Latency / Packet loss.
Do share the results.

Hi @portal96 thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
We've ran some checks and there aren't any issues on the line with the service at the time of writing, how have things been since your post please?
Can you also try a speed test via SamKnows as @Client62 has suggested?
Many thanks
