Hi,
My wife accidentally cut the external cable today resulting in us now not having any internet! Is there a way to get an engineer out to sort it? Or is there a way I can rectify it myself?

You will need to call Customer Support and report the loss of connection. As it's your own fault there will be a charge of £25. The technician will do a repair if there there is sufficient slack in the cable, otherwise a new cable will have to be run.
