The builders making our driveway have accidentally cut the external virgin cable leaving us with no wifi at all
We need someone to come out asap but can’t seem to get through to anyone?
We have exactly the same problem- judging by the amount of forum posts it must happen fairly frequently but there seems to be no way of reporting it!
We just got offered a new hub- which is nice but I happen to know that’s not the problem!!
Update- after going round the online support questions several times we eventually got offered an engineer appointment - so maybe try that?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your broadband laine being cut.
I have just had a quick peek at your account and can see that you have spoken with someone regarding this and have an engineer coming out.
