It's been about 2 years since I keep contacting virgin to protect my exposed cable, they keep booking appointments, but no one comes. Can someone plz help me.

Virgin guy came again not aware what he was asked to do. He said it is not his job and left. This has been happening for the last 2 years. They come and not sure why they are there. Disappointed again. I have to leave virgin, has no other choice.
