Exposed cable, poor service

Good morning, 

Disappointed again. This is 10th time virgin books someone to come and bury me exposed cable, but when they come they say it is not their job and leave. Wow I never experienced such .....

I tried to post a picture,  it didn't allow as more than 1mb. You so called engineer toom pictures you should have it in the system if he indeed passed it to you.

They failed again, they sent the wrong person for the 10th time . I have collected evidence for newspaper and legal action if needed. What is your excuse this time?

may i ask what outcome you expect from legal action?
are you angling for compensation? if so, on what basis and what loss have you encurred because of a cable being exposed?

Funny, they came today again and not being why they were there. Exactly same old story, the guy nocked on the door and said he is here to install our new line. He was very proud, when told him what happened, he was ashamed of working for virgin. 11th time same mistake.
