Every night loosing connection to my Amazon TV Cube

Every night now I loose connection on my Amazon cube  I watch Netflix and prime through it ,but keeps buffering  ive tried it connected via  TP Link and Ethernet into it and wi fi  also but it does nothing ive tested my internet speed via the virgin sights and am getting no way  what it says for my 200  can you please advise me  at all been with you since telewest days don't want to leave but paying £56 in these troubled times does not seem fair  plus its not worth paying for Netflix or prime too which adds up ,    Thank You.  Sue
