Ethernet invalid IP configuration and won't work after I reset the router

I have a problem with valid IP configuration for ethernet. My pc is not connected to router directly and I use the Powerline adapter in the different room.
I noticed similar topics on the community chat and followed the advice to reset the router and reconnect again after 10 minutes since reset un unplugging all the cables, which made it work, but everytime I switch off my pc and turn it back on again the connection disappears and same problem persists. Does that mean I have to reset router ona daily basis? I hope there is a better solution.
I tried to call customer service but they seem constantly busy and call diconnects automatically wthout giving me a chance to speak to anyone.
