The good news is your power levels are better.

It's not much i know, but it's something.

I agree that the coax cable is bad somewhere as that happened to me. It was snapped core in the last meter before it joins the hub.

Hi all...so I have completly rebooted, checked all connections etc.. The number of pre/post errors is stil high and climbing (no reset to zero as hoped)! - see below.  Tried to get an engineer out, told in the current climate only for emergencies...can anyone off any help please, as Fibre 200 has dropped to approx 45mbps at times!

Nonsense from CS as usual. You need a tech visit to investigate and they are still coming out. I will flag for VM to come here to advise.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to see there have been issues with the speed of the connection over Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable.

 

I've ran a flow on your account and it doesn't seem to suggest we need an engineer visit, and using the flow, I was advised;

 

Our diagnostics on your home network and Hub have not found any issues that could account for connection drop-outs. This means that the issues are most likely due to the equipment being used in the home

 

Are you able to attempt a pin hole reset on your hub?

Hi there, Pin hole reset was carried out previously. These issues happended overnight about a week ago, it affects ALL devices using ethernet, and have swapped out cables etc. I cannpt see 2 desktops, a laptop and a PS4 all having issues at the same time?  I have a attached screen shots from running Sam  Knows speed test at various times this afternoon - these readings are from various machines with different cables6.jpg1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg

As you can see - huge fluctuations over a matter of minutes. Also compare the uptick in errors since the last time I posted: Pre rs errors for Channel 1 up from 449 to over 5000 and post up from 5001 to over 47000
