Hi there we are having issues with anything connected to our Hub3 by cable. Wifi is fine but nothing works via cable connection....
The hub is really old but after 3 calls to virgin they insist its not a hub issue.
We have got new cables and still nothing works.....any ideas pls

I presume you mean Ethernet cable connected devices. You could try a pin-hole reset of the hub, but be aware any configuration changes you have made to the hub will be lost.

Yes sorry, thats correct anything Ethernet cable connected devices.
I did that reset and still nothing. Told virgin we had done that and still they say its not the hub
