Trying to access my Virgin Active account on my Windows 10 machine using NordVPN is returning a FSB50 error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Virgin Active is an HTTPS website, quite secure without a VPN.

The engineer arrived, fitted a new hub (Hub 4) and it now seems OK (with or without VPN). Yhanks.
