I am getting these errors in my hub 5 logs, anything to be concerned about?

There are planned outages, which one recently happened for me, that you can check for:

Having said that they usually occur early hours.

You HUB rebooted a couple of times in a short peroid. Some of those times I assume was you I assume as once was a 'Cable Modem reboot from UI', and the other 'Cable Modem Reboot due to power button reset'?

yes I was rebooting it try to clear the errors, have an engineer coming Saturday to check everything as more errors and timeouts are appearing

The errors are recorded historically so will not clear for a period of time.
