Error connecting to Hub3

Keep getting the error that there is something wrong with my hub3 I have logged in via my laptop and done a test and get the error your home network has a few errors 

i hope you can help as this is very annoying

The error is there is something wrong please re boot your hub or wait 15 mins I have done both and makes no difference. 
I logged on via my laptop and done a diagnostic and that flagged up 

your home network has a few problems

Do you have an outbound connection or not?

Yes I have outbound connection 

just can’t see devices via the connect App

Been working fine for ages but then suddenly got the errors software and IT someone somewhere doing updates that muck it up

It’s not needed. You can use the hubs admin pages to manage devices etc.

sorry how do I access the admin pages via my mobile. 
do I have to use 192.168.0.1

Yes. And then the admin password printed on the bottom of the hub.
