Error 603 & Poor WiFi Upstairs

Hi

We have a couple of issues and was wondering if anybody could help, Have tried to call Customer Service but no joy. Firstly we’ve been experiencing very poor WiFi speed upstairs to the point I can’t work up in our office now, The speed today was 32.3mbps download & 16.1 upload. Secondly we keep getting error 603 when trying to watch on demand, I’ve tried everything that was given me but no joy. Thanks in advance.

Identical issues here.  Tired of restarting WiFi router and system tests don't highlight a problem.

It’s shockingly impossible to work upstairs or play my Xbox online because the WiFi is so bad. We are out of contract so thinking of going elsewhere if things are not sorted.
