Erratic broadband connections and speed

Hi

Just trying to understand why my broadband connection (350) is so incredibly erratic and frequently drops off. At best I get around 78Mbps and at worst 2.6Mbps with two computers on the wi-fi network.

I've given up on checking the Service Status in my area, as it seems highly misleading.

wifi is an unreliable way of measuring speed. connect a (1gb capable) device to the hub via ethernet and see what you get then..

Restart Wi-Fi router to fix Wi-Fi issues Sometimes all you need to do with your Wi-Fi router is a quick restart to fix Wi-Fi connection problems. Simply turn off your Wi-Fi router and then turn it on after a few seconds and then check if you're still getting slow internet speeds.
