I held on the line for an hour and a half today to speak to customer services and eventually gave up.
We are having building work done and I believe some cabling must have been damaged or is faulty as the broadband WiFi now no longer works.
We need an engineer to come and for customer service to call us.
please help! For £60+ a month it’s not great that our call went unanswered and we need to get this fixed.
I'm assuming you have Internet access as you have posted-
Sign in, run the tests and it will give you the option to book an engineer.
