Engineer feedback

I've missed my chance in giving feedback to my engineer Karl after my recent install in Barnet, London. 

He was great (10/10), fast, polite and his work was efficient and clean. 

He even cut me an extra long cable as an option, since I wasn't sure where I wanted my router sat eventually.
